We recognise that the need for our help can reflect many difference circumstances and whilst their may be some cases of complete control when there is simply no-one else available, in many other situations we may act in partnership with others who may wish to be consulted and who may wish by the nature of the authority to be part of decision making. We will gladly liaise with next of kin if that is what you want.
3. Value for money. We strongly believe in an effective instruction when needed, i.e. we would not ordinarily seek to do things which you and your family are perfectly capable of doing yourselves. Our fee structures strongly favour payment for work done rather than the value of the work undertaken which generally make us a cheaper option than a bank or other financial institution.
