Cancer Research UK Freewill Service are offering 20 free Wills to clients aged 55 or over on a first come first served basis. If you would like a free Will and you are aged over 55 years, please print off and complete the attached Wills Questionnaire and contact us to arrange an appointment at the Knowle Office to claim your free Will.  

Cancer Research UK wish to stress that although they will be paying  for the Will writing, the client is under no obligation to leave a legacy to Cancer Research UK or any other charity. We would be giving you impartial and professional advice including full consideration of the requirements of your families and other dependents, using our professional judgement on the your capacity to make a Will.  In exceptional cases Cancer Research UK may pay us an additional charge if this is due to a home or hospital visit. The costs of the Freewill Service are met out of Cancer Research UK's Fund-Raising Budget. That means to comply with the guidelines of the Charity Commission, Cancer Research UK have to keep the costs effectiveness of the service under review. Any gift to them would be greatly appreciated.
