Richard Tolson returns!

Cooke Painter & Shepstone are delighted to announce the return to their firm of Richard Tolson as a Consultant, albeit after a 26 year break while he was with Barnard & Company Solicitors. Richard was initially articled to Cooke Painter & Co later becoming a Partner with them in 1981. On the division of the company he left to join Barnard & Company practising from the Bristol City Centre Office alongside the late Roddy Painter.  On the closure of their City Centre Office at the end of June this year, Richard came back to his roots and rejoined Cooke Painter & Shepstone bringing with him a wealth of domestic and commercial conveyancing knowledge and experience.  Due to now unfortunately being wheelchair bound he and his staff will be primarily working out of a satellite office in Backwell, although he will officially be based at the Whitchurch Branch of the firm.
