New Office at Whitchurch

Against the general market trend, Cooke Painter and Shepstone will be expanding, with their Whitchurch presence increasing from Monday 3^rd July 2006.  We will be opening a new office at 26 Gilda Parade, just three doors along from the existing base at 32 Gilda Parade. This move is in response to increasing levels of business across all areas of activity and coincides with Claire O’Malley joining the firm as a partner. Claire arrives as a, much in demand, residential and commercial conveyancer. She leaves her previous firm Farrells in Portland Square, Bristol and CP&S are excited to welcome such a highly respected professional, to further strengthen our team.

 John Shepstone, will cease being a partner as he reduces his working week to two days (Thursday and Friday) but will continue to offer his experience to a number of major clients as a Consultant. This is a step towards retirement for John and will allow Claire to take responsibility for the two Whitchurch offices.

The Whitchurch reception will be at 32 Gilda Parade and the existing phone number (01275 835569) will be used for both offices. Clients, when visiting, should continue to call at number 32 but may be seen at either office. The office at 26 Gilda Parade is open plan and if clients wish to be seen in a more private setting this can be accommodated, upon request.
