Richard Tolson,
Consultant
Richard
Tolson, joined Cooke Painter & Shepstone in July 2008 as
a Consultant or perhaps we should say “re-joined” as
Richard originally did his Articles some thirty-one
years ago with Cooke Painter, qualified as a solicitor
in 1979 and became a Partner in the firm in 1981. On the
division of the Partnership he then
became a Partner in Barnard & Company. He has now
come back to his roots!
Richard
has brought with him a great wealth of experience in
domestic and commercial property conveyancing and
advises on Wills, Trusts and Probate issues. He has a
dedicated following of clients some of which are now
third-generation and he is particularly experienced in
dealing with first-time buyers and is a recommended
solicitor in shared ownership housing association
matters. Based primarily at his home office in Backwell
he will be seeing clients there or at the Whitchurch and
Brislington offices.
Having
been “in the business” for so long Richard has built up
an extensive range of contacts in a wide range of
matters and if he doesn’t do it himself he will surely
know a man or woman who can! |
