Wajid Darr, Director
Based in the Knowle office, Wajid
Darr originally trained with the firm prior to
qualification as a Solicitor in 2002. After gaining
business experience with large
commercial firms, he rejoined the practice in
2007 and specialises in Private
Client work. This includes preparing
Wills, Administration of Estates
following death and advising on some aspects of running
trusts. He is able to advise on Lasting Powers
of Attorney and Deputyship
applications to the Court of Protection
for those who are unable to manage their own affairs but
also deals with Residential Property &
Conveyancing
and Landlord & Tenant issues.
Besides work, Wajid has close family
and personal ties with the community having lived in the
area all his life. He was recently overjoyed at the
birth of his son, Xavier, until he realised how little
sleep he would get at night! However he continues to
thrive with the joyous challenge and also hopes to
continue playing local
league football.
He is a member of the local community Funeral
Committee, Bristol Law Society, Law Society Property
Section and former member of Business Network
International. |
